Shipments to all of Europe, free shipments within Sweden, easy exchanges and returns
These terms of purchase are applicable where Swedish or other applicable laws do not dictate conditions which conflict with them. Customers who are not registered firms/companies are covered by the consumer sales act and the distant sales act. Pls read more about these laws on Konsumentverket webpage, www.kov.se.
By using and shopping on our Website, you agree to accept the terms and conditions described below. As the terms and conditions may be updated from time to time (for example to reflect changes in technology, our business model, our system’s capabilities or relevant laws and regulatory requirements), we recommend that you check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made in the terms and conditions.

Placing an order
To shop at www.passionforcolors.com you must be at least 18 years of age. Our ambition is to show colors and models as realistically as possible, but since colors are difficult to reproduce exactly, pls understand that the color of the merchandise may differ from the color on the webpage. VAT is included in all prices for EU countries. For countries outside of the EU, VAT and customs duties are not included in the prices and must be borne by the receiving party.
Prices may change from time to time, pls check the website for the latest prices. All displayed prices are quoted in the currency that refers to your country. If you want to change the currency selection, please use the currency selector at the top of the site. Your delivery address will decide which currency you will be charged in. Please note that changing the country of delivery may have an influence on the price and the shipment cost. You may pay in any of the currencies listed below:

Pay with Klarna
Together with Klarna we offer the possibility to pay with invoice, partial payments, all major credit cards as well as direct debit. This payment solution is called Klarna Checkout. When submitting information in the check out section you approve of Klarna’s terms. When clicking on finalizing purchase, you also approve our terms.
Presents certain information to you as soon as you are identified, which information you need to submit to be identified can vary depending on customer and time of purchase. There is not any credit check made immediately, but potentially at a later stage depending on the chosen payment solution. When you have entered your information and you have been identified, Klarna presents the different payment options available. The invoice option comes up as a default, but you can choose any of the available options. We do our utmost to be accurate with pricing and product availability information. However, despite our efforts errors may occur that could mean that we have sold all we have produced of a certain item or that a price needs to be changed. Should that happen, we may be forced to cancel the sale and repay the customer. This may happen at any point during the purchasing process when a mistake or fault is discovered. The reason for the cancelled sale will be clearly stated to the customer.
Your ordered items will be delivered from Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. PassionForColors delivers to countries within the European Union, Norway and Switzerland. If you live outside of the European Union, any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

For shipments within Sweden, your order will be delivered by DHL to a DHL service point close to your address. You will be informed about the location of the service point by email or SMS at the time the parcel is ready for collection. Shipments within Sweden are free.
For shipments to other Nordic and European countries, your order will be delivered by DHL parcel connect. You will be informed about the location of the service point by email or SMS at the time the parcel is ready for collection. For shipments within the EU and to Norway and Switzerland, payment for transportation is done at the checkout.

Please note, that we only deliver to home or office addresses – not to P.O. boxes.
Exchange and returns information
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or color, please email us within 14 days after delivery at email@example.com . Follow the same steps as for a product return as outlined below. The transportation cost to return the exchange item will be taken by us, whereas the customer will be charged for the transportation cost of the new item.
According to the Distant Sales Act, you have the right to return your product, within 14 days after you have received the goods. The terms and process are outlined below.
- The right to return the product in accordance with the distant sales act applies only if the merchandise and its original packaging are returned in unchanged condition and it may not have been used.
- Please fill out the return form and include it in the parcel, including the form helps us to process your refund faster. Pls use the returns bag enclosed in the parcel.
- For shipments within Sweden, you can use the returns delivery note included in the parcel and return the parcel from the same pickup point as you collected it. You will be charged 70 SEK. You can also use another transportation service at your own cost.
- We recommend that you obtain proof of postage (receipt) when returning goods to us. You are responsible for the goods until they have been returned.
- When we have received the product, and checked that it is in good condition, we will credit you the value of your purchase. The return delivery cost is paid by you.
- We will pay for the return of the delivery cost if the products are damaged or defect clearly caused in production. If the return item is claimed as a defect product and the defect cannot be proved, the client will pay the return delivery cost.
